If within a year of transplanting, your Greenwoods tree dies or begins to die, Greenwoods will replace the tree at no cost to you as long as the tree has been properly cared for and watered as specified and as long as all other guarantee parameters have been met.
Note: If your deciduous tree is planted when dormant, approximate timeframe for dormancy is December through March, but each tree will be evaluated for dormancy status, then your tree will receive additional warranty time to ensure it is flourishing post-transplant. In most cases, the warranty is thus extended through May 15th of the following year.
